If you all are using RR : retiring room at any station, you can book it for PRS tickets too. you can book RR online and with hourly choice with minimum 3 hours and maximum 48 hours.

Why only few?
why not all ?
IR collects equal fare whether you start your journey from Delhi or Mumbai or Manipur ...
Then why this slow doling out the facility ?
Help IR go digital ... but not bullock cart speed.... bullet speed ...by lodging Grievance with RM so that he will see so many IRIian requests flooding his computer and table...
