Moreover Madurai Division operates 6 pairs of up and down passenger trains in the recently BG converted section of KOLLAM-PUNALUR.But Madurai Division operates only 3 passenger in the Virudhunagar-Senkottai section in TN which was converted to BG more than 6 years.
Madurai Division also operates only one passenger in the recently converted Virudhunagar-Manamadurai section in TN .
MDU division always biased or totally hijacked by Kerala.

running loco staffs are shortage for additional trains in TN only.How they run 6 pairs of passenger in the recently converted BG SECTION KOLLAM - PUNALUR.
Hope they run passenger in the KOLLAM-PUNALUR SECTION by the heavy duty diesel truck drivers derived from the hilly Kerala terrain.

PUNALUR- KOLLAM still under the control of the Madurai Division.
Then TVC may operate new Thiruvananthapuram-Thoothukudi passenger also.
