CR alone cannot do anything here. Before introduction, TT will be prepared consulting all participating zones. More over, this is an SWR train. If CR has proposed a bad TT, SWR had all rights to reject the same. Just to increase the train count, they agreed for this stupid TT.

They will not travel. Just for namesake IR has introduced this train. After few days they will cancel the same telling it lacks patronage.

People will travel if they are helpless situation. But that is not called patronage. If proper alternative mode is found, they will also shift. By the way, for whom the trains are running? For the people. If they do not find the timings useful, definitely one needs to look into the matter. When a bus takes 10-12 hours and train takes 18 hours and reaches at 3 AM in the morning, what does it mean? When other trains can run in 14-15 hours and if this train is made to crawl, it is not all justified. This train is meant for UBL-DWR-BGM public, but runs at totally odd timings. Change the timings.
