If such coaches are manufactured in the lines of Make in India Govt should keep an eye that after rolling on such coaches must be afforded by Indian..already trains with meagre 60 kmph avg speed have been put on such fare structure that most of the Indians can't afford them..so what may be the cost of trains which are having thrice the speed?

Don't worry... even if such coaches are launched, they will be allotted a max avg speed of 60-80 kmph by the CRS based on the route they take...
