The agitation was supposed to be at the venue only, and that was where the police security was present. There was no announcement of a rail roko or any road block before the meeting ( as is usually done). It was just a bunch of idiots who went on to the tracks and blocked a train, nothing less than a full battalion of police could have controlled them.
Besides what is the point of blaming the government here? Yes, it's their duty to make sure that such events do not happen, but it is also the fundamental duty of every citizen to obey the law. It's not enough if government does it's duty, people should also do their

fundamental duties. Why should we blame the government when it is the people who lack simple common sense and don't show any social responsibility?
Even if the government had stepped into action and controlled the situation, it doesn't mean that people won't do it again. Unless the people get some common sense, these kind of incidents will happen again and again. Blaming the government here is simply like an excuse to avoid facing the harsh truth that the people are at fault here.

if we notice the incident
Initially there was no plan of railroko...if there is rail roko plan SCR would have taken steps...its not new in SCR to cancel and divert trains...we have seen many such incidents in Telangana issue.
I dnt know why cant people understand and feel relaxed there is no damage to human life just bcz of alret ness of LP/ALP and Station masters between Tuni and Hamsavaram.
Well

coming to Incident....a bunch of people some 1000's has settled on Railway track for nearly 200Mts in a queue...as ratnachal LP/ALP or station master was not aware of any such gathering on seing the crodw ratnachal pilot has applied brakes....just imagine a LP/ALP found some bunch of people on tracks and a full running train.....will he dare to apply shudden brakes...if due to brakes the train has derailed means? who is responsible?
Even though LP/ALP applied brakes it came near to the crowd due to that sme aggitatios of nearly 50Mts peple has ran away from tracks...and trains stopped at 150th meter approx...as in fear and angry caused bcz of speed they attached LP/ALP and damage happened.
Its really bad people not analyzing the incident and simply blaming with one line work clearly understands what the intention is and unnecessarly we are giving chance to others to speak on US with unparlamentary words.
