Sir, NDLS-BCT more than 60% (might be less or more) of the sector is 130 certified. So shouldn't be a problem for end to end 130 MPS action. No? (barring restricted sections where MPS is not 130) So technically 10 hrs not possible but can reduce 1-1.5 hrs to the current TT.

The speed limit is not the same for all kinds of trains. Freights with heavier loads will have lower speed limits than the lighter passenger trains. It depends both on track conditions and axle loads also. EMU style trains will be inherently lighter than the existing rolling stock and can reach higher speeds ( It will not be a radical increase, but nonetheless it will be an increase).

I agree with you. Bus mafia will derail the Tejas in CSTM-SBC, CSTM-MAS, HYD-SBC, HYD-CSTM, etc as these sectors are dominated by these buses and a good amount is given to SWR, SCR CR and SR officials for not running the trains.
