CRS reminds me of the famous dialogue"Aal is well" from the movie 3 idiots..Because in the movie all is well meant that u need to befool your heart sometimes to stop yourself from panicking ..The same goes with CRS..It doesn't mostly mean that if cRs test of a newly laid track or other stuffs like electrification etc is conducted then it will be totally fit for running of trains its only to befool our heart that a particular track is safe now..in shayari u can say that "dil ko behlane ko Galib ka ye khayal accha hai"

Because CRS needs to be independent from Railways. Else RB can force them to sanctions ASAP and safety will go unchecked

no its not like that....many times constructed track are not fit so crs wont giv permission...look at case of jabalpur gauge coversion..
