Hereafter Railway Quarters have to be constructed as minimum 3 floors in Town Panchayat,minimum 5 floors in Municipality, minimum 7 floors in cities and minimum 18 floors in Metros.
The available Railway lands are effectively utilized.Other lands may be utilized for Railway infrastructure purposes.
