A very good step which can help IR by giving vital data/ reports and analyses. This in turn shall enable IR to take right decisions, so that better utilisation of all the resources deployed could to done and efficiency/ profitability of IR could be increased.
But all this could happen only when IR takes the right decisions based on the data/information reveived and implement them in true spirit. Else the money spent shall be wasted.
