Katihar to New Jalpaiguri then Till Sriramulu Assam is Very Important Area as it is Head n Neck of NFR. So NFR Can't Easily Do Bifurcation
I think the WB portion should be given to ER and the Bihar portion should be given to ECR then only proper development can take place after zone transfer
