Five Train Ticket Examiners (TTE) who allegedly created nuisance in an inebriated condition in a moving train have been suspended by the North-Western railway authorities here. "The TTEs Santosh, Narayan, Babulal, Hariom and Ummed had consumed liquor in first class AC coach of the Delhi-Jodhpur Mandore Express on Saturday night and created nuisance," NWRspokesperson Lalit Bohra said here on Monday.
"A passenger who alighted from the train at Jaipur junction on Saturday night gave written complaint to the station master against the TTEs following which they were held at Jodhpur junction and medical tests were conducted on Sunday morning," he said.
The five TTEs were suspended yesterday, he said.
