New Delhi : Taking exception to the move made by new Railway Minister Mukul Roy to roll back the hike in passenger fares, the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has asked the Indian Railways to rationalise both passenger and freight tariffs to tide over the severe financial crunch.CAG has also said that the public sector behemoth is incurring expenditure above budgetary provisions.
