New Delhi : If the recommendations of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railways are implemented in letter and spirit, passengers will now be able to enjoy food of the areas they are travelling to.The panel has recommended that the country’s diversity should be properly recognised in preparing cuisines. “Indian Railways have a vast network covering Kashmir in the north to Kanyakumari in the south and up to Bhuj in the west and Agartala in the east, with each region having its distinct regional cuisines.
