ALLAHABAD: Railways has decided to change the train number of Mahananda Express. The train runs between Alipurdwar and Delhi.
The new number of the train will be 15483/15484. The train departing from Alipurdwar will have the number 15483 while the one departing from Delhi will have the number 15484. The present number of the train is 14083/14084. The change in the number will be effective from September 25.
Meanwhile, the annual award ceremony of the personnel department of North Central Railway was organised on Wednesday. The ceremony was organized at the Aravalli gallery at Subedarganj headquarters. On the occasion, chief personnel officer Om Prakash gave award and meritorious certificates to 40 railway employees. The awardees included assistant personnel officer of Jhansi division Satish Kumar, 30 employees of grade III and nine employees
