IR should be provided Terminal facilities to all the 98 SMART CITY and well interconnected .

Smart city means they give 500 crs for years for development. For already developed cities like chennai, Hyderabed, Delhi this 500 crs will be nothing not even one 2 km flyover can be built with it. Its useful for small cities. I feel its nothing to do with railways.
GIRIDIH jaise Chote town Ke lite bahut hai ..500 crore me to iska kayapalat ho jaye.
