Worldclass banane ke liye kya hum apne lower class population ko ignore kerenge...
Firstly IR should be affordable then it should think about all things.
Amenities can be improved in Rajdhani and shatabdi by increasing fare because rich people can pay extra for extra service but poor population just want to travel from one place to other and for them fully sleeper trains or fully unreserved trains can be started.

Railway should impose ₹5 extra charges towards PF ticket compulsory on every ticket with fare more than ₹50. Increment in railway revenue is a need of the hour.
