the PC car is the most costly coach of entire LHB rake. Costing more than double of a normal AC/SL coach. Even the ICF pantry car is very capable in producing good food.
But vendors often go to any length in overcharging, cutting costs though such shoddy arrangements for their profits.

PC Car vendor cannot run amok without any powerful support from someone within the IR. The vendors will get away with some hefty fine (if matter gets lot of publicity)
Wo to hai, but ajkal pehle se condition better hai. If they are guilty they should gt punishment too.
