Booking for the maiden journey of the spl trn is very impressive. Subsequent journeys are likely to be fully booked.

It's running on inconvenient dates; still charging premium fare & getting filled. So wonder what will happen if it leaves ERS on FRI & returns from RMM on SAT/SUN!
Yes, it clearly shows that route has very good demand and people were waiting for a train, and SR was neglecting it for such a long time.
It is surprising sometimes to see railways taking so long to realise the demand in certain routes.........anywys it is better late than never. They should regularise all trains operating between Palakkad-Pollachi and tweak schedules for few passenger trains also which are running with less occupancy
