''Crying'' shouldn't you have used a better word instead of this one? BTW why another train, when main motive is to carter rush of migrant laborers from North east then isn't it logical that this train should run from North East itself?

You are saying as if SER is somewhat a separate entity and is running this train on it's own!! Indian Railways is running this train na so my first comment was for Indian Railways not for any zone whether it's SER or NFR and BTW don't get hyper over small issues.
