This abolition of sleeper classes in SR are very much affected for the lower middle class people in the Tamilnadu and Kerala.
.Moreover SR runs very meagre Very Long Distance Passengers ( > 400 km ) connecting state capitals CHENNAI in TN and THIRUVANANTHAPURAM in Kerala.
But Hyderabad in SCR and Bangalore in SWR are well connected to their all stations by at-least one very long distance Passenger Train.In certain sections operated 3 passenger and among them one night passenger operated with ordinary passenger SLEEPER CLASS coaches.

- Hubli sector ( distance 469 km ) in the Karnataka in the SWR operates 3 sets of up and down passenger services ( Please refer Southern zone time table page 206 to 208 in table 70 and 70 A of Bangalore- Hubli ).
One night fast passengers are operated with passenger SLEEPER CLASS coaches with so much reduced fares for the Karnataka Lower Middle Class People.
So requested SR to operate more and more long distance passengers ( GREATER THAN 400 km distance ) from both the state capitals as done by the SWR for Karnataka people and SCR for the Telangana and Andhra people.
All our Railway users association should be demanded more and more very long distance passengers trains for the Lowe Middle Class People in the Tamilnadu and Kerala as operated by SWR and SCR..
