Rs 700 crore Installation cost are derived from Nirbhaya fund.Operating cost and maintenance cost also derived from Nirbaya fund.
In most of the govt department they provide money for any additional facilities scheme implementation / installation cost only .They wont provide the necessary maintenance staff/ annual maintenance cost/replacement cost for faulty products etc.Simply ask lower level officials to take care of it as additional works.
