A slab of the under-construction metro bridge collapsed in Marol area in Andheri, Mumbai on Tuesday. Some people are reportedly trapped under the debris. Some people are also reportedly injured. The rescue operation is going on. Four fire tenders are at the spot conducting rescue operation.
According to TV reports, some officials said on conditions of anonymity that heavy rains could be behind this mishap.The metro bridge collapsed in front of Leela hotel.
