With a huge hope with the formation of new BJP Govt in Centre a few suggestions & proposals for some new trains were sent to the Chairman, Rly Board as well as to Hon’ble Rly Minister for consideration (enclosed). My suggestions & proposals were concentrated mainly @ Ranchi Division. But not a single request was reflected in the last budget. Even in the Jan’14 budget one of my proposals (RNC - NJP) was considered but I don’t know even that train will start in this year or not with the change of Ministry !

of RNC Divn are old enough to attach with SF trains; No new trains are initiated; All the LHB coaches are diverted to HWH; Erection of a Electric Loco shed at RNC / HTE; Installation of Electronic Watches at all the stations of Ranchi Divn, and so on and so forth, but no one is there to approach higher authority for rectification of these.
Now the last option left for Jharkhand is to creation of a new Railway Zone comprising of ADRA, CKP, DHN & RNC Divn. Only in that case Jharkhand’s due demand will be given precedence or else HQ of SER be shifted to Ranchi, otherwise not.
So, now the time has come that each & every resident of Jharkhand should concert their demand to CREATE A NEW ZONE FOR JHARKHAND and approach Rly Minister & Rly Board simultaneously.

You may be rest assured that with reduced stoppage it will not be possible to run DHN / TATA - ALLP Exp as in that case from each and every stoppages enroute will protest which stations will be deleated. Separation from TATA - ALLP is also not possible. Therefore, it will be better to start a new train at least upto MAS from RNC and another train to MAQ via G / SC / MAO, in due course which could be extended upto TVC. Moreover, in each and every corner of Ranchi you will find Tamils & Malayalis who came here long ago in search of service and now permanently settled in Ranchi.
