21st June, 2017:- The following SER trains have been rescheduled due to late running of link rakes: ·12839 Howrah-Chennai Mail has been rescheduled to leave Howrah at 01.30 hrs on 22.06.17 instead of 23:45 hrs today (21/06/2017). ·18615 Howrah-Hatia Kriya Yoga Express has been rescheduled to leave Howrah at 01.45 hrs on 22.6.17 instead of 22:10 hrs today (21/06/2017).

Train No. 07425 Kacheguda-Kakinada Port Special Train will depart Kacheguda at 18:45 hrs on 30th June, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th July, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th August, 1st, 8th, 15th& 22nd September, 2017 (Fridays) and arrive Kakinada Port at 06:00 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07426 Kakinada Port-Kacheguda Special Train will depart Kakinada Port at 17:50 hrs on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th July, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th August, 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd September, 2017 (Saturdays) and arrive Kacheguda at 05:10 hrs on the next day. Enroute, these special trains will stop at Malkajgiri, Cherlapalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 14 coaches viz, one AC II Tier, three AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, two General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
2.Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram-Kacheguda Special Trains (26 services) : Train No. 07603 Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram Special Train will depart Kacheguda at 18:00 hrs on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30thJuly, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August, 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th September, 2017 (Sundays) and arrive Krishnarajapuram at 06:00 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07604 Krishnarajapuram-Kacheguda Special Train will depart Krishnarajapuram at 22:30 hrs on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st July, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28thAugust, 4th, 11th, 18th & 25thSeptember, 2017 (Mondays) and arrive Kacheguda at 11:15 hrs on the next day. Enroute, these special trains will stop at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool Town, Dhone, Gooty, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Satya Sai Prashanthi Nilayam, Penukonda, Hindupur and Yelahanka stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 14 coaches viz, one AC II Tier, three AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, two General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches. *All these above trains will run as special fare trains.
Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, South Central Railway conducted a detailed review of new project works on SCR. Shri R.C.Bhoolchandani, Chief Administrative Officer/Construction and the Chief Engineers holding charge for various projects presented a detailed report on the status of works / projects under progress. The General Manager was briefed in detail on the progress of new lines, doubling, tripling, Level Crossings, Road Over Bridges (ROBs), Road Under Bridges (RUBs), Yard development works etc., Addressing the meeting, Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav called upon the Engineering officials to expedite action plans in co-ordination with other departments by clearing all probable obstacles and ensuring smooth completion of works as per the schedule. The General Manager undertook meticulous examination of the entire status of ongoing projects individually and identified areas requiring attention. He held a detailed review on Nadikudi-Kalahasti new line, Guntur-Vijayawada via Amaravathi new line survey, Kallur-Guntakal doubling, Kazipet-Vijayawada tripling, Mancheriyal-Peddampet tripling, Kazipet-Balharshah tripling, Parbhani-Mudkhed doubling, Bidar-Gulbarga new line, Akkanapet-Medak new line, Akola-Khandwa gauge conversion etc., Shri John Thomas, Addl. General Manager, Shri S.N. Singh, Principal Chief Engineer; Shri N. Madhusudana Rao, Chief Operations Manager; Smt. Padmini Radhakrishnan, Finanacial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer were amongst the officials present.
