Only 4 platforms 15, 16, 17, 18 is handling 24 coaches mostly it is used for NE lines trains. Now 10, 11, 12, 13 platforms extension handling 24 coaches for SE lines and some more trains.
Very good news, if all the 570 services on the most crowded Andheri-Virar section are converted to 15-car rakes, about 5 lac extra paxs could be daily carried on this critical section which is currently taking 2 human lives a day! Just 50 crore investment to increases platform length is peanuts as compared to the benefits.

only for BCT rajdhani WR is my favourite. feeling so much boring in WR zone. i love CR most bcz i CR trains is much faster than WR trains. i also like if CR will improve & get more 3-phase WAP-7 locos
currently no WAP7s home .. but KYN has got 2 WDP4B HOG 40001 and 40003 from TKD and LKO respectively. A req to all CR fans out thr to pls do capture if you get to spot 1.. :)
