Last month I was coming from Mumbai to Kharagpur in Gitanjali Express...then after 3.5 hours in Kharagpur station I had to board East Coast Express with general ticket to Cuttack........In between Bhubaneswar Rajdhani came at around 12:30 PM....The train halts for 15 min for loco reversal.....I asked one tte for availability and fare to Cuttack..He said Yes with 750 rs...................then i asked him why in irctc it is not allowed to book ? .....He didn't say anything and kept on looking the chart .....i also walked away from there and went in east coast............

it will be current availability ...even in sbc raj ...booking not allowed from ngp to sc , but number of times seats if available can be issued by tte by boarding the train with a general SF ticket ..
