RLGN is Remote Location General Quota - been provided to intermediate - destination/nearby destination station - Under this, the station do have big dedicated GEN Quota, been shared by nearby stations. As been GEN, it do have RAC provision.

RLWL is Remote Location Quota - been provided to intermediate-destination station. If the station is having huge demand, its assigned seperate quota (dedicated, not mixed with other station), mostly in case of Rajdhani Exp.
