Thanks. Chance are very less to confirm as it's in Rajdhani Train Since high number WL tickets are issued, there are chances of extra coach attachment and in that case your chances are very good. It's not that WL in Rajdhani trains never get confirmed. Upto reasonable WL numbers, passengers always get through in Rajdhani. @ But you try out in Tatkal ticket which will open on 26.5.2010 at 8.00 am sharp. So be in time as there are few tickets and many takers. Good wishes. @guest : It looks that extra coach factor is already discounted as the WL 205 has fallen to WL 86. So now the current chances look very bad and hence inevitable need for grabbing a ticket in Tatkal as suggested in earlier reply. Volume is 238 for 3A between these stations. So you need 86 out of that 238+30RAC(Approx) to to be canceled to get you into RAC. I am not sure of any extra coach attachments to this train. @ There are not as many cancellations in Tatkal as in General bookings. Tatkal WL gets clearance mostly through Tatkal confirmed ticket cancellations. And as you know, Tatkal confirm ticket cancellation is very costly. Note that Tatkal WL, you will get full refund if not got throught subject to a reduction of Rs. 20/- towards clerkage charges. Wish you happy journey. Then ,how much before The chances are good in view of time gap but keep a watch on PNR status ... not frequently but after a gap of say 2 weeks.... You always have option for Tatkal booking which will open on 20.5.2010 ... (depending upon status of your present tickets and and as a standby measure). your ticket will get confrmed very easily.....much before 22 may, so dont worry...around 100 waitlist get confrmed easily....i frequently travel in this train. THANKS The chances are so-so for fully confirmed status in view of summer season rush. At least lucky that you get through RAC status... However sitting accomodation is assured to you all under RAC. Stay on and keep praying with hope.... Last minute step, try out booking in Tatkal which will open on 1.5.2010 from SBC to AGC and if not then, for SBC to NDLS... with littlle more fare amount...
