HWH Station very dirty...touts with very mean mentallity..even RPF,TTE everyone knows whats happening...but none will take any measure..Touts are blocking the HO's even after Charting just to income...a good amt of profit share is ditributed amongst Rly EMployees....No PNR Enquiry b4 5 am in HWH,that time mainly touts doing most of the ghotala's...but yes,they charge very less...around Rs 100-150/- for CNF..but I was pretty confident that mine will come down to RAC..so I didnt pay any bribe...but surprisingly W/L 7 couldnt come down to RAC even in Charting..
