book wahtever waiting you are getting. observe it till 9th november morning. if it has confirmed or seems like will confirm, fine. if not go for tatkal. one cant blindly rely on tatkal on any said day. may be some unforeseen circumstances occur like irctc down or server failure at prs. so its advisable to have something instead of nothing. and haan, pls dont forget to post your pnr in pnr forum for predictions. it will give you a rough idea of your waiting ticket confirmation chances.
