This CR LHB AC Coaches are LIKELY for the proposed LTT-NZM AC Express
.
So CR's plans of starting this train by May could well turn out be success, And with KYN-TNA-LTT AC Conversion by 30th April this train could start with pure AC link right from LTT itself... :D :D :D

According to CR's plans it could start as a special service initially in the month of May...
I will go there tomo myself. as, Elphinstone road (WR) and Parel (CR) is the place where I normally do rf too.

I dont think CR will do run as summer special like KYQ LTT. MGS-ET route never got checked for a LHB passage, hence they may be doing testing in the form of summer special train.
While CR will directly do inagural run and normal runs will start thereafter like LTT HW AC Express as LTT-ET-NDLS full route is already checked for LHB.
Besides, this rake could be for LTT Haridwar AC Express too and LTT NZM AC exp might be of NR
Now, LTT ERS Duronto will experience Livery mixing too.
While CR will directly do inagural run and normal runs will start thereafter like LTT HW AC Express as LTT-ET-NDLS full route is already checked for LHB.

The reason for special service initially could be that this train is of this year's budget and i dont think regular trains of current budget are started before 1st July of every year,

Why did they do inagural run now? why they did special run first? It was not idle.. It was used for NDLS AC Special and I even heard few coaches were received by NFR later.
Testing is done for that only like for NWR Jaipur-DEE DD LHB rake was used for testing in WR Ahemdabad BCT route.
Mughalsarai-Etarsi route never experienced LHBs ever and hence, NFR did Special run first so that the route gets tested and now after full on confirmation, They are doing Inagural run. Otherwise would have started the train as Inagural special only. Besides, Nameplates were also not ready but just for the sake of nameplates, the inagural run was not done, that cant happen :p

NDLS AC Special was only 7 trips Nov-Dec 2012, NFR received that full rake in september itself click here

It is definitely not for LTT ERS duronto. If It needed extra coaches, It would have got them long back as in 2011, the train was started.
for example, NDLS BCT DRNT rake was spotted in north first consisting of all duronto coaches and also other durontos all get vinyl pastings then and there only like SDAH-PURI drnt rake was also spotted firstly in North.

Bad news Guys..... Two new Rajdhani livery coaches have been attached in today's 12223/24 LTT ERS Duronto. Coaches are B5 & B6. I suppose these are the coaches.....
My sis is travelling in this train today n I got d update. Hav however asked to verify whether the coach nos r 10 XXX/ C and manufactured in March Apr 2013
