So , now the criteria for priority is new/old status and no. of passengers ? I always thought if I pay for a Rajdhani/Shatabdi, I would get the service as per tag of the train and fare paid. This seems to be a new zonal policy by SER.
Not a new but a old good satisfying one. PURI and BBS premiums is given the exact priority as required. All the old trains have been given higher priority boosting their punctuality which was a major issue till 2016. They carry a huge amount of rush and railway has done what they are entitled to.
Policy ye hoti hai(Koi confirmed source nahi hai, suni sunai bate hai) ki Division k not so important Station ko HQ banaya jaye taaki sabhi stations pe proper focus rahe, agar top revenue generating station ko HQ bana denge to wo apne aabha mandal me hi wayast rahega or dusre stations pe focus nahi ker payega.
Yr theory works why PNBE is not division but falls in Danapur div but does not work for rest like HWH (Div HQ for ER,SER) DLI (NR). But Division mostly are very imp stations MB,LKO,BSB,DHN,MGS,ASN etc are very imp stations and Divisions at same time.

Brilliant work by RPF Adra, I was pleasantly impressed with their active monitoring of station premises , specially the cleanliness part. the RPF personnel took to task anyone who was caught spreading garbage, heavy scoldings were reserved for anyone peeing in the open. Very nice work by RPF ADRA in ensuring cleanliness & hygiene at station premises. Really well done 👍👌
There is a need of temporary solution as of now and at the same time maintain a train's intermediate stations. After, a permanent solution is available, everything will be restored back to normal. The bypass has to be constructed to avoid GMO LR. But, I do not see returning of trains on ADRA-GMO section because there is no solution proposed and all trains will be diverted via BKSC or ASN which will be better.

ADRA: Since DRM HWH's plan to run 12019/20 through shorter route, DHN div. has requested to rethink for another solution. In-between the hub-bhub, ADRA proposed to have it routed via Bokaro Steel City-Ispat Nagar-Santaldih-Joychandi Pahar of 113 km after track upgradation completes. The route requires no reversal to go to Grand Chord. Speed limit between Ispat Nagar-Bhojudih will be notified later. This will the longest route for Shatabdi having no time loss.
Both are different. City Centre is in sector-4 which is in Bokaro Steel City, the district HQ of Bokaro district whereas Bokaro Thermal is an industrial town . The distance between Bokaro Thermal and City Centre, Bokaro Steel City is approximately 47 kms by road.
