I reached the station at about 11:20 AM. I was not sure whether the MMTS train at 11:39 AM will take me to SC so that I can take my next train.

The train did not come at standard arrival time 11:38 AM. No announcement was made till 12 Noon when the train ultimately came. Also the LCD screens mounted were also not functional. In the meantime, I went to the booking clerk (as only he was available at the station) to ask about status of 11:39 train. He did not answer anything to my question and indicated towards the board that timetable is written over there. This creates too much confusion among the commuters which provides undue advantage the auto rickshaw people as they take hefty fares from the troubled commuters.
In my humble opinion, SCR should display the status of MMTS coming in next 2 hours at the station on REAL TIME BASIS so that there should be no confusion.
I also mailed the same to Additional Divisional Railway Manager (SC DIVN) at adrmosc@scr.railnet.gov.in but the mail was not delivered due to some error.
Please look into the matter as this will lead to better services to the common public.
