We gotta make it clear about the allegations mentioned in the complaint. The car number 20802/18623 follows the designated program from Danapur/Patna to Islamapur and from Islamapur to Patna according to the district-level conservation. Sometimes, due to a shortage of force members, there is no deployment in conservation, which leads to incidents of anti-social activities. The Conservation team takes immediate action, arrests individuals involved, and initiates legal proceedings in such incidents. As a result, in the current year, 60 individuals have been arrested in car number 20802 and 13 in 18623 for crimes related to conservation. The conservation team is not deployed in the middle of the Patna-Islamapur route in car number 03272. Due to the failure to assign responsibility for the Fatuha-Islamapur railway section mentioned in the complaint, no action is taken at the railway level, even though the said railway section is within a distance of 63 kilometers. It is essential to assign responsibility to Railways so that both RPF and Railways can effectively control criminal activities through joint efforts.

India's ECR wants to make the shortest train called MEMU. It will go from Fatuha to Hilsa and the distance is only 17 km. I don't understand what these people at ECR HQ in Hajipur are thinking. They think they are so smart, but for me, they are just bad railway staff.
