Belagavi needs an overnight fast train to Bengaluru more than an Intercity between the cities, the load on Rani Chennamma is too huge as its the only dedicated train for the whole UBL-BGM-MRJ route. None have asked for pitlines at BGM/BAY/BJP !!!
Dats SWR which uses concept of RSA to the fullest. Even its fr sake of maintenance y an SCR rake for a train which is for SWR. And I am 100% Sure that Sriramulu wouldnt have looked and wouldnt have idea of this PM, pitline and all. He might have just quoted GTL as it is a major junc.

#Appreciation#SwatchBharat I'm happy to share that during my North Karnataka Trip I found that most of the stations of SWR are very clean and neat. It's very good initiative by SWR Hubali Division to maintain the stations, I never seen such cleanliness in Toilets, Waiting Room, Platforms and Outside of station also. e.g. Gadag, Badami, Hospet etc.
I requested Central railway to extend solapur -gadag -solapur passenger train up to hosapete jn ..so that Maharashtra people can visit hampi world famous tourist place ..& Karnataka people can visit holy place pandarapur wic is near to solapur ..it 'll benefit both states makes good connection between these presently no connection btn solapur -gdg with gdg -Hpt line expect sai nagar -mysoor weekly train ..hoping positive response from railway
I know very well the feeling of people staring, as if something very strange is going on! Had to keep my excitement under control too many times. People don't understand why we take pics of Trains/Locos in the least, they think we're stupid :P

Sir no issues while running freight train ..swr planning to run passengers train in this route .so they hv taken this work .due to gradient problem in 550mts length in this route ..after completion of this work freight train will run usually but it may take 3 to 4months for passengers train ..
Hope SWR runs some trains in this route soon. I recently travelled through BAY-Chitradurga-Chikjajur line, there was just 1 crossing with a freight train in the 4hrs journey. Its highly underutilised and still SWR is not planning to run more trains on that route. The new lines being built should not lie under utilised after spending 100's of crores.

Last year both sides 20 mins slow chesindi vastavame and the reason is to minimize TAT at COA by 40 mins as it occupies the PF1 at COA. But if COA itself caters to PM of teh train, then d rake will nt stay idle at the pf. Besides, additional pf is coming up at CCT. Kaali ga unaadu ani Gowtami ki 9 hrs ichadu kani, it can be reduced down. And the slot of 8-14 hrs in Gowtami's pitline can be given to circar. Gowtami taking 14:00- 20:00 hrs slot.
