FINALLY STOPAGGE at matryr tushar mahajan (udhampur) & kathua provided to svdk reverse vande bharat by MINISTORY OF RAILWAY. but date is not confirm Circular issue on 4/01/24 itself may be zone and division adjusting the tt of train or they just want to ignore the circular 😂😂😂 imo the halt is given at experimental base and closely watched
