This station is super nice and beautiful, bro! I had to catch Mys Dharwad Express at 12:35 am. The station is real clean and tidy, man. IRCTC hooks it up with some bomb food, for real. They got waiting rooms on platform no. 1 - one for the ladies and one for the dudes. Each room can hold like 15-20 people. Oh, and they got two bathrooms and a sink, too. If you need to crash, they got a retiring room on PF 1. There's always people around here as some trains come in real late at night. The road transportation is top-notch, bro. If you wanna go to Bengaluru, hop on a KSRTC bus and make sure you ask the conductor if it goes by the bypass or through the railway station. Buses going by the bypass don't stop at the railway station, but autos are mad expensive. Ask the conductor to stop for a sec at the railway station and it's right across the road. This station is one of the best in SWR, no doubt.

Bahut accha aur sundar station hai. Mujhe Mys Dharwad Express mein sawa baje pohanchte dekhna tha. Bahut saaf aur sundar station hai. IRCTC ki taraf se badiya khana uplabdh hai. Pratiksha kamra platform sankhya 1 par uplabdh hai. Ek mahilaon ke liye aur ek mardon ke liye. 15-20 logon ko sameta ja sakta hai. Do toilet aur wash basin bhi hai. Sanyasik griha bhi PF 1 par uplabdh hai. Raat ke late trains yaha se chalti hai, isliye hamesha logon ka jamav hota hai. Sadak parivahan bahut accha hai. KSRTC ke Bengaluru bus mein sawaal karo conductor se ki kya yeh bypass se jata hai ya railway station se. Bypass wale bus railway station tak nahi jata hai. Auto bahut mehenga hai. Conductor se darkhast karo ki railway station par ek second rukne ke liye puchhe aur uska samne hi railway station hoga. Ye SWR ka ek behtarin station hai.

If you happen to be in Hassan, you gotta check out this place called Hotel Sanman. It's right behind the cop shop and about 800 meters away from the new bus stop. Trust me, their dosas are off the hook. And don't even get me started on their rice baath and chow-chow baath, they're seriously top-notch. Here's my honest rating for Hotel Sanman: Taste: 9 out of 10 Service: 8 out of 10 Ambience: 7.5 out of 10 Value for Money: 9.5 out of 10 (Special dosas cost 30 bucks, Masala dosas are 25, and rice items are also 25) I can't stress this enough, you HAVE to give this place a shot. It's totally worth it!

Agar tu Hassan me hai, toh Hotel Sanman ko zaroor ghuma. Woh thane ke peeche aur naye bus stand se 800 meter door hai. Unke dosas lajawab hai. Aur rice baath aur chow-chow baath bhi try karne layak hai.
