People who wish to take this train from Balasore/Kharagpur to Delhi (Never opt this train,still if having NO other option) , and getting Regret status , then book Bhadrak to New Delhi and Change your Boarding Point to Balasore/Kharagpur (Whichever is your boarding station).
Balasore is Charting station for this train and BLS & KGP are under RLWL , whereas BHC is under GNWL , thus having more chance to get confirm seats.

I have booked this train ticket (PRS) from Kharagpur to New Delhi for 21st Jan 2017, & yes it is under RNWL 28 at present, how can I change it from Bhadrak?

You can not.
You have booked a Ticket From KGP to NDLS, then you cannot change its boarding from a previous station.
Only option is Cancel this ticket and Re-book for Bhadrak to New Delhi by paying extra money and change the boarding station to Kharagpur.

FRESH fruit juice is available at platform number 2. The pineapple juice costs ₹20. It is really good in taste. Hygiene is also maintained.

This is the most punctual train between Howrah- Bhubaneswar, runs 6 days (except Sunday) a week. Most of time it reaches at Cuttack junction 5 to 15 minutes before its schedule arrival time. Its average speed is 65 km/hr (as per IR time table). This train was introduced to run from Bhadrak to Howrah and Howrah to Bhadrak in 2002-03 Rail budget and later on it extended upto Bhubaneswar. East Coast Railway has decided to run 12073/12074 Bhubaneswar -Howrah- Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Express daily w.e.f. 3rd July 2016 instead of earlier six days in a week, with an aim to provide comfortable journey to the commuters.

Charging sockets are present on every Pole on Pf 1 and Pf 3. And All are in working conditions.
A suggestions wish to give:
If you have any train which is 23 coaches or 24 coaches longer , and have been allotted Pf 3 , plus your coach is at rear end, then start moving towards the Farthest end of the Pf (Trust the Coach Display Monitor present) even before the train arrives. You will be surprised that hardly 18-19 coaches will come under the Actual Shed while the rest will be somehow
near to the Station Board or even more farther towards the extreme end of Platform. Sometimes in 24 coacher Trains ,the last coach (In 25 coaches Trains which have HCPV at front even the Rear General bogies come outside the Platform) comes outside the Platform length.
But this problem doesn't comes on Pf 1 which is just in front of the Pf 3.

Even though there are 8 Pf here at KGP , but generally few selected Pf are used. But Local trains/EMU can be allotted ANY Pf , so do Confirm.
The Main entrance into the KGP station is bit Exciting. Getting to the Enquiry counter or reservation counter will be bit of a Hassle and confusing job for First timers here.
There are total TWO exits. Pf 1 side and Pf 8 side.
Pf 8 side exit (There is NO gate kind of thing;Its just a FOB exit) is for Shared Tempo and Bus side. Whereas Pf 1 side , the shared Tempos or buses are not allowed. Only Cycle Rickshaw and Taxi (Ambassador) are available towards Pf 1.
Now there is a Building towards Pf 1 exit which has all essential Counters like Enquiry & Booking. Just right to it, there is a Underground Subway and FOB to Actually Enter to the Main Platforms. The 1st PF which will come by this FOB is The Ex-World's Longest Pf (Now 2nd Longest). This is a Island type Pf with total 4 Platforms in One Go. First is Pf 1 and Pf 3 on same side One after another. and other side is the Pf 2 and Pf 4 one after another.
Generally all the Long Journey trains coming from HWH side & Going towards TATA side are given PF 1. And the Trains going towards Balasore side are given Pf 3.
Pf 2 is used by Passenger trains terminating at KGP. Pf 4 is generally very less used but many a times is used by BBS going rajdhani express for reversal purpose due to Closeness of Crew Lobby and Running Room.
But do confirm the actual Platform from the Display boards (the announcement is done very late) and from the enquiry counter.
All the trains going towards Howrah side are given Pf 5 and Pf 6. Pf 7 and Pf 8 are least Used and Many a times remain vacant Unless there is some kind of emergency or Traffic.
Pf 5 and Pf 6 (Its a island Type Pf) have Escalator facility.
The Common Waiting room , AC class Waiting Room and Ladies Waiting Room are present on the Pf 1 and Pf 3 , but the AC waiting room generally remains Packed from Evening 7 pm to night 12 because to all the long journey trains have departure timings at this slot only.

For those who have to go :
1. IIT KGP - Come out from the Pf 1 side of KGP and take Taxi/Auto/Cycle-Rickshaw. There would be plenty in amount but do take care before boarding because there is no prepaid booth or any rules regulations for fare deciding. So confidently negotiate before opting Taxi or Auto.
2. Kalaikunda - Check for any train (MEMU/passenger) for kalaikunda. That would be very much beneficiary. Or else , go towards the Pf number 8 side (the other side of Pf 1) and come out. Turn Left
and walk bit ahead and turn right on second turn. You will reach Tempo (Tumtum/Vikram) auto stand. They directly go to kalaikunda and charge 30Rs per person. The total distance is 13 km (35-40 minutes journey as part of road before nimpura is under construction) from Kharagpur station. Or else if you are lucky enough then you may even find Airforce bus waiting for passengers to take to kalaikunda. Just show your identity card (Bus facility is only for military persons and their families) and travel without a penny spent for this journey. But do take care , there are 2 huge airforce stations in Kharagpur- Kalaikunda and Salua. So before boarding , so check which station's bus you are boarding.
The whole Kharagpur gives feeling like as if you have came inside a "Very Big" railway establishment with all states of people living together. Here i have seen Odia , bengali , Telugu speaking communities living together very efficiently. Shopkeepers here speak Odia in same fluency as they speak Bengali. Where ever side you go in Kharagpur , you will come across uncountable railway tracks every where. You will be surprised and scratch your head where this track goes or where does this track comes from.
PS: Kalaikunda airforce base in short form is called as KKD among tempo walas.
