we boarded 3020dn bagh exp. on 15th dec 2008 in 3AC.we didn't get any food for 3 days.please arrange pantry car for such long distance train.we suffered a lot,specially the kids.can u imaigine no food for more than 2 days!
think if this situation happens with your family & your child,wat would u do?
there are a lot of passengers who are suffering for this & they perhaps don't know about complaining procedure.we had such a nice trip but this train journey was really a bad experience without food.
we the passengers can afford food.plz supply quality food.
be kind enough to arrange for pantry car.

this train 3019 from lucknow to Rudrapur/kathgodam is for the persons who have ample time and can afford to reach at destination late by 4 hours. The train oftenly comes right time at lucknow. Do not depend on this train if you have family and children as you are sure to wait in night for hours , at Lucknow junction plateform, among cows and dogs. Now after closure of local enquiry services at 131 the things have become worst. As railway always keeps on extending time of delay of a train. First it is informed that train is running right time. After 30 minutes expiry of sheduled time it is informed that train is late by one hour. after passing of one and half hour of sheduled time it is informed that train is late by two hours and so. The enquiry at 139 is worst and not dependable. They do not inform exact position of train. Suppose the train is late by 2 hours at Gonda even then at 139 it is informed that thain is 15 minutes late at Lucknow junction. Every one knows that a train can fly to recover 3 hours between gonda and Lucknow. 139 is only to extract money and not for the convinience of the passengers.

IT RUNS DAMM LATE AND COMES AT LEAST 4-5 HOURS LATE EVERYTIME.I'D THE RESERVATION ON 9TH FROM DEORIA SADAR AND CUSTOMER CARE WAS SAYING THAT IT IS ONLY ONE HOUR LATE BUT IT REACHED ALMOST 5 HOURS LATE.WE'D TO WAIT FOR FULL 5 HOURS FOR THIS TRAIN WHICH WAS VERY EMBARRASING.
EITHER THIS TRAIN SHOULD RUN ON TIME OR CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD UPDATE RIGHT INFORMATION SO THAT PASSENGERS DO NOT SUFFER.
ALSO NO PANTRY IN A LONG DISTANCE TRAIN WHICH RUNS EXACTLY 1521 KMS............MEANS NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS I.E. PASSENGERS.......
