For a better solution, the post needs to be raised to the Rail Mantralaya/ Zonal Rly offices with a representation letter. Get all email ids of Rly departments under RTI section of the IR website. No need to further stretch on this post as the solution does not lie here but with Rail Mantralaya. This train must stop at Ongole,Nellore,Gudur,Ramagundram and Warangal. They are very big stations in Andhra Pradesh.This train must choose Kerala Route.Eventhough very long,it will be very useful for those from Kerala. There are so many trains to Delhi for the people from Kerala. Please extend the Sambar Kranti Express also to NCJ so that the southern Tamilnadu people will get one more train to the National Capital. we board this train on 6th Febuary 2010. To our suprise there is no pantry car in this train on this day of travel. Will railway authorities can take care to avoid such major negligences must not occur in future. The persons aged, sick and those who traveled with children sufferred a lot. @first blogger: As per the available info, there is pantry car in the Train. However, based on your post, we shall reconfirm the status of pantry car and update the details. @first blogger: Sir where you able to confirm if the Pantry Car had been detached on the particular run due to any Mechanical issues. This train has been known to have had a pantry car for a long time.It is quite a possibility as NCJ (the base for the train for run starting from CAPE ) does not have great Coach and carriage works. @Kapadia It might be better to wait for some more inputs before you take off the Pantry rating for this train. Route this train via Konkan and start a new express from Thirunelveli to Delhi. Routing via Konkan will help Malayalis. @first blogger: Then we didn't get a train via Thirunelveli.You must also ask a train to Delhi from Thirunelveli. Thirukkural Express having two stops in UP ( Jhansi & Agra) Two stops in MP (Bhopal & Itarsi) and Maharastra (Nagpur & Balharsha) but when it enters AP only One (Vijayawada) and have several stops in TN & Kerala. There are major station on the same track in AP. why they were ignored. there are 2 stops in AP also ,vijayawada and gudur. Cancel the useless stops at Kovilpatti,Satur,Thambaram,Chengalpettu and Thindivanam. We prefer to travel in this train Being a fast train (2641 ), number of stoppings at Tamilnadu can be minimized. This train must not be stopped in the unimportant stations like Maniyachi, kodairoad, Melmaruvathur, etc... while this has very very minimum stops at central and northern part of india. The trains which are plying within tamilnadu can be stopped in these stations. Thirukkural express has given only one stop (Vijayawada)in AP, its not an rajdhani express to ignore big stations like Warangal,Nellore & Ramagundam. Yes.You are right.Even Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh Rajdhani Expresses,which are faster,stop at Warangal.This is the only train without a stop at Warangal which passes through it. This train can be halted at Valliyur also इस गाड़ी का इस्टापगे घोरदोंगरी में होना छाईए Efficiency not enough. Reaches Delhi always late by 1-5hrs. please tell me that there is a pantry in this train or not .because iam traveling along with my family bruce british high commisiion new delhi good train to board on if you worry too much about food. NZM-CAPE thirukkural express reamains normally on time.
