how can i book the tickets?

how can i book the ticke for chalukya express train from bangalore to birur junction. please guide me.

to book a ticket, there are two options - go to any prs counter and book a ticket. the second option is booking through irctc.
go to irctc website - irctc.co.in, register your details (the first time), choose a log in and password and start booking your ticket. there are two options 1)- i ticket- ticket will be delivered at your house/office 2) E ticket- a printout of the ticket can be taken out at the time of booking your ticket.
please remember that for booking tkt through irctc, you should either have a credit card - visa/mastercard/amex or a internet banking log in and password for your transaction to materialise. if you do not have any of these, you can purchase itz card and do it.
else go to a travel agent and book online from there itself and get a printout of the ticket at the same time. remember to carry your ID proof while travelling if you buy a Eticket (printout of the ticket from computer).
