PQWL means "Pooled Quota Wait List". Palanpur, Abu Road, etc. and other nearby stations may be grouped into one quota for waitlist purposes, since you cannot have a separate ticket quota for each and every intermediate station. So, let us say someone is going to a nearby like Mahesana and has cancelled his/her ticket, even then your waitlist will advance. Whether your waitlist advances quickly are not depends on how many actual tickets are there for Abu Road and nearby stations, and whether people cancel their tickets to those stations. As for your case, you are already eligible to travel in reserved coach since you are RAC.
