@ओथेर bloggers: please note that this is a genuine problem faced by old/handicapped passengers who board trains enroute where the halt is just about 2 minutes etc. Such passengers should approach the station master on duty, and inform him/her. It is the duty of the station master to see that the boarding is complete before he gives the green signal for the train to proceed.
Note that I too have very elderly relatives who suffer from arthritis etc. And invariably a request to the SMs at various places have helped. At one time, I even approach the guard, and another time the LP. At all times, the train started after the boarding was completed.
it just requires a request to be made in a proper manner. I hope this helps other bloggers to respond to such queries. There are genuine cases.. so please don't dismiss them. Good wishes.

Because while booking the person has already changed the boarding and according to the boarding change rules now cant change boarding again and also cant travel between older & new boarding point without valid ticket.

No as per rules passenger can change the boarding point only 1 time either while booking or after booking.
In this case passenger already change its boarding (B) while booking. Passenger can not change boarding again now.

ये ट्रेन पहले बहुत अच्छी थी ,जब से मुजफ्फरपुर से समस्तीपुर तक हुई जब से इस ट्रेन का टाइम टेबल ख़राब हो गया , न इसके जाने का पता होता है न इसके आने का पता होता है , इस ट्रेन को दुबारा नाम बदल कर ,नए सिरे से सुरुआत करनी चाहिए ,इससे ट्रेन प्रशाशन की इमेज भी ख़राब हो रही है , इसके बिच के स्टेशन हटाने चाहिए , जैसे : दादरी ,बेल्थारा रोड ,.भत्पर रानी,मैरवा , जीरादेई ,

क्रपिया आप रेल मंत्रालय की वेब्सीटे पर जा कर एमाइल द्वारा आप के सुझाव और समस्या रिजिस्टर करे. रेल अधिकारी उमीद करते है आप के एमाइल पर गौर फरमाये. आप अगर इस फोरम पे आईसी माँग करंगे तो आप को शायद कुछ उत्पाटांग जवाब मिलेंगे जो की मुनासिब नही है.

but there is only one train lichivi express which is running to new delhi to belthra road its my suggesttion the station should decress and the last station should be betlthara it will be ok beacouse there lots of train to bihar

There is no other train from Sitamarhi to Delhi except Lichchavi express, So there is need to extend some other train upto this Station.

Agar Bihar wale achhe nahi hai to Aapko kisne Certificate diya ki Aap Bahut Achhe hai.

if u want to delete the bhatpar do one thing don't catch this train try another
route then u will understand the value
of this train.

The train number should be changed and it should be given to North - eastern railway zone instead of Northern railway so that they always keep an extra rake which should start on time from sitamarhi. Its not possible to run the rake of the train that reaches Sitamarhi at 22.35 and the same rake is used for the return to delhi at just an hours difference ie 23.55 same day, instead a second rake should always be there to start on time from Sitamarhi whether this train reaches Sitamarhi on time or not.
