I Asked same Question to TTE & He said Itz MP Bound Train & Has more quota dats y for more Stoppage they are changing loco.here only

Many a times, IR Employee give illogical replies as nw Quota linkage with stoppage & Loco change!!
@ JHS, Staff change happens & IR will utilize JHS with Staff change & then GWL as Loco change!!
Double dose!! U shld have asked TTE as if y he replaced @ JHS but GWL, while GWL do have enough Quota & TTE shld check @ GWL nt JHS!!

This is common in few trains where stoppage will be for a min but loco attach/detachment would be done.

Jhansi-Gwalior is electrified, so it is useless to change loco at Gwalior. Diesel loco can be replaced with electric loco at Jhansi.
