Do Malwa Express(12919) reach this station always on time or there is a slight delay in the arrival of this train on regular basis ?
The arrival departure history shows an average delay of around 20 mins each day for the past one month. Our Vidisha based admin Manit Agarwal should be able to inform more in this regard.
I have booked a tatkal ticket from Bairagarh to New Delhi.. If i miss the train from this station the is it possible for me to board the train from Bhopal Junction?

I have my UPSC exam whose center is near to Bairagarh Railway Station.. exam will be over by 4:30 and this railway satation is nearly 1km from there, If somehow i miss train from Bairagarh even then I have 55 minutes to Reach Bhopal Junction which is just 11km from Biaragarh by Road...
i have to pick this train from Khanna Station/KNN. can any one please tell me does is it useful to take general ticket to go to NDLS/New Delhi Junction
it is having huge rush
last month i travelled in this train from ambala cantt to NDLS. And i tell you it was one hell of a journey for me. Since it was april first half so it wasnt that hot, but these days general coach will be smoking like Tandoor.
Or do one thing, take general ticket and pay rs.50 to TTE for a seat in SL till ndls, and have safe n pleasant journey.

PS: even after boarding from Ambala i was on the door till mohri and shahbad markanda, only after continous shouting i managed to squeeze in. Horrible experience.

Oops i was hoping that this train will give me a wonderful journey but after reading the comments i am afraid.. so can u suggest me is there any other option to reach to NDLS tomorrow?

there is no such restriction of time just i have to reach delhi tommorow. it can be upto 10.30-11.00 PM

My ac-2 w/l 8 / w/l 8 status in malwa express from bhopal to chakki bank on 24 april 2013 has been the same for more than a week now..to add to my surprise current status is w/l 15 /w/l 15..that means there has not been any cancellation yet in whole ac-2 tier..is this even possible...nevertheless pls tell me chances of gettin confirmed status asap as many things are at stake ..thnx

While going to Fatehabad on 2nd March on board the one hour late running 52992 KNW-UJN MG Fast Passenger, I capture this video at around 1230 when Malwa Express led by ET WAM4 #20597 came in style from behind and overtook us at LMNR. Initially it slowed down a bit and then move again.Notice the sound coming from the tracks just before the electric loco arrives.
At LMNR you can see Bhusaval WAP4E #22297 with a passenger train in tow.

No from INDB TO BPL it gets ET WAM4/P4 and from BPL it gets GZB WAP4.The reason is the 12920 reaches early in the Morning and 12919 reaches nearly at 5.00 p.m so for 7 hrs the loco of GZB takes rest at BPL,and the other reason is there is only a little gap of time between departure and arrival of 12919 and 12920 you can check in time table so GZB shed saves wastage of time and loco by changing the loco at BPL and using other till Indore and at Indore the rake of Malwa express rest for atleast 20 HRS.AS seen by me on regular basis.

contdOn zooming in we can clearly see the destination board stating Indore-Jammu Tawi, Malwa Express...then how can it originate from UHP?? May be the empty rake is shunted due to non-availability of space or some other reason...
