This train runs in a fully electrified route still undergoes 3 loco changes. Isn't it a waste of time? a single loco can haul it end to end..
Loco change at BPL saves time coz it reverses. By the time one detaches, the other gets attached. Loco change at LDH is required as the same rake proceeds to UHP shortly and UHP isn't electrified.
The loco change at BPL is due to rake reversal at BPL. When the train reverses direction, adding a new locomotive at the reverse end of the train is much faster than the original loco detaching from the front, reversing and attaching at the rear. Since BPL is a large station and has a good loco availability, loco change is done here during reversal. Loco change to diesel at LDH is due to lack of facilities to handle large number of elocos at JAT. This will be fixed once the electrification upto Katra/Udhampur is completed.
INDORE - JAMMU TAWI MALWA EXPRESS ( 12919) is a daily SUPERFAST TRAIN from Western Indore to Northern Jammu Tawi but I viewed that It is being stopped at very very small stations in Between.
DASUYA, PALWAL, KOSI KALAN, BABINA, BERCHA are very very small station where Malwa Express is being stopped and at these station only 3-4 SUPERFAST TRAIN Stops.
So I realized that why shouldn't we all advise the Railways by making efforts to make Malwa Express running like SUPERFAST TRAIN.
With this I am Writing the letter to the Chairman of Indian Railways, Rail Bhavan and General Manager of every zone where the train passes.
So those who like to delete
You all , stop Saying Malwa Express a Passenger TRAIN. Malwa Express is a SUPERFAST TRAIN and Railways will Surely make efforts to improve its punctuality
You all are fully of closed eyes and mind, then how you can understand it??? You all know foolish speaking rather than doing something. I am and will make Malwa Express and other trains running punctually by making railway awake day to day to improve themselves
Malwa Exp: An upgraded SF..while its like regular M/E in between INDB-NDLS & a bit SF in between NDLS-JAT!!
Its stoppage purpose would have been way back when it still was Exp & been an only link towards JAT for many stations, would hav gt deployed with numerous stops!!
It dont justify SF tag & stoppage removal on a bulk note is always stuffed with local resistance, foget politics..which IR hardly try even to deploy!!
Its better to regularize Weekly JAT-INDB SF...which with demand gets day extension!!!
Any Chances for this train to be extended till SVDK??
