Can it run via NDLS, KOTA,BSR, PNVL ,MAO route. It can reduce travelling time and can give good connectivity to MAO from JAT

Yes you are correct it will reduce the running time if re-routed as you said. But what about the Mangalore and Malabar regions passengers who wish to go to Tirupati-Renigunta-Vijayawada-Nellore-Ongole-Ballarshah-Nagpur etc.

How TEN JAT Coaches coupled to this train in Erode. Any know know Coupling process of this train, please explain. Interested to know.
TEN-JAT will come on its route from Tirunelveli till Erode and wait for Navyug/Himsagar to arrive-It gets a Erode shed Diesel engien which will be detahced here -After Navyug/Himsagar arrives, the incoming engine will detach, join with the waiting coach, and tak eit back to attach to the Navyug/Himsagar rake and forward journey will continue
See teh coach composision-You can see A2 in start whereas A1 at the end-A2 comes with the Tirunelveli portion and gets attached at Erode whereas A1 and B1 come from theri destinations-SLR to S6 after the loco comes with the link Express
