Berths are earmarked for specific quota (Legs of journey). If all the existing berths against A-B RL Quota has been filled up and only 1 is left, then only 1 passenger out of the 2 would be provided accommodation in that particular coach.
Same applies for other coaches!!
Check for some trains having high number of Sleeper Coaches.
For RAC PNR's you would see most of them have been tried to place together (Same Coach, Same berth)

for my PNR i booked from A station, which has it own RL quota suppose it has 10 berths in 3ac, if i book 3 month before when the whole number of seats in quota is available ..then i think these 10 seats will be in same coach and also near to each other

There is a great possibility of your getting the berths you opted for. I booked 4 RLGN W/L tickets in 13006 and upon confirmation I got 2 upper berths, 1 side lower berths and 1 lower berth. It depends on whose berths are allocated to you.

There have been cancellations of cnf tickets and therefore your ticket has been cnf. Efforts are made to allocate compact accommodation according to the choice of the passenger subject to availability. It is for this reason that cnf wl tickets are given berths at the time of chart preparation.

Generally I have seen that two waitlisted passengers under the same PNR are given compact accommodation upon cnf. There are berths under other quotas too whose availability at the time of chart preparation is used to clear waitlisted tickets. So besides the possibility of more cancellations these unused quotas too will help to give you compact accommodation according to your choice.
