From Gaya, ridiculous crowd (passenger train like halts) and no OBHS makes the train dirty on the second night.
And there is no relation between mps of a train and maintenance of the train.

i am sure you can yourself think that why will crs give clearance for poorly maintained train....if a train is not maintained properly then it will be unsafe at high speeds...

As 12801 up puru on pf1 and 12802 down puru on pf2 of Gaya jn.
