thanks... the rake which go from Gkp is made very clean but thought of its run of 3 days made it very dirty, many stoppage and distance covered by this train.

the AC class OBHK is the best in this train.. Further cleanliness has to be contributed to the passenger common sense also..

now a days this is running mostly on time also.the on board house keepind are trying hard to maintain the coaches clean through out the journy but the train is overloaded between ljn-mas so the coaches remain crowdy and dirty.the tte at gkp allow passengers to board the sl coaches by taking penality or bribe which leads the sl coaches become over crowded.we cant even sleep on the lower bearths at night as the wl passengers sits there.some times they fight with cnf pasngers

half agreed for this, in Raptisagar Sleeper unreserved tickets are allowed b.w gkp-ljn, bju-ljn, but only in day time but pax use this benefits in night to by paying some bribe to tte also i have seen tte to not allowed to board the train with those tickets in night. I have took run b.w gkp-ljn many time with this and found very clean and punctuality :)

ive personally seen this sir.last year im may when i boarded the train at ljn it was already overcrouded by gen ticket holders.when one of my co passenger asked them they said that they have gen tickets and they gave money to tte and boarded the reservation coach.not only from gkp to ljn but upto ngp or mas the crowd other than wl pass aer there.the journy in sl class of this train that also from gkp to tvc side is horrible.but in a.c its quite good but hard to get the ticket

This is a newly constructed station after doubling, one can see electric poles too.. well just 63 kms frm GKP ;)

thats why i choose upper berth in these type of train for night run :P

Well this is only coz its stoppages, which are many in nos. its a prestigious and good train having a good history :)

can any of the respected member provide the history of this train.
the stopages of this train are more in kerala only.remaining states it stops only at imp stations only sir.previously this train used to reach bza late almost on its every run.but now a days it reaches bza outer before time mostly.

yes i have never seen it empty, in short there is a demand that run the same train daily or triweekly from GKP and BJU via different route to TVC.

not much when compared between ljn-mas.as ive heard after cbe it mostly runs empty.

Yes majot crowd gets over by CBE.. in AC from MAS to TVC u get a upgradation easily in Sleeper u cant get in at MAS also.

Basti is lying on LKO-GKP section & about Raptisagar Express,it is connecting South Indian State to Purvanchal easily.
