I guess it is due to the way it takes, instead it can be routed via mahabubnagar and kurnool to make regular daily train by pairing with 12770 so that there will be daily train on that route

i seen this through my phone GPS..
it attain 116 kmph between lingampally and vikarabad....
with average moving speed of 104 kmph between lingampally vikarabad...
